Getting friendly with Summer ought to be the easiest and the biggest hassle at the same time. All you'd have to do is help her with the babies a little bit.
The only question would be how to move it on to something sexual, but with the new re-arrangement of society you bet it ought to be much easier than you think. In fact, with your infinite age-pass cheat, you might even be able to get Summer interested in sex by way of fucking one of the little ones right in front of her.
For now, though, the best trick would probably be to just help her out with the handfull of kids she has at the moment.
"Here, let me help you out," you say as you approach Summer. "Do you want me to help get plates for all of them?"
"Oh, Xander?" She says, a little surprised about your presence here. "Sure, I'd appreciate that," she says and you promptly set your meal aside and out some more hotdogs which you begin cutting into bite-size chunks for Decy and Nove. As for Hally, a hot dog would present a very real choking hazard at her age, so instead you serve some apple sauce which quite conveniently was also one of the options for this meal, likely added by Summer for this exact purpose.
After this, you manage to recruit Spring and Autumn into helping you carry the babies' plates out to the tables, and then you serve up a plate for Summer with some questions about her preferences.
You take all of this out to the table and volunteer to hand-feed Hally and position yourself between Decy and the little infant. Meanwhile, your participation in this effort has caused March to naturally gravitate toward you, and since he is supposed to be your host today he winds up also helping and sits to the other side of Decy. Summer sets up Nove on the opposite side of the table, and so the three oldest teens at the table are all intermixed with the youngest babies and toddlers, minding them and keeping them in order.
You help with feeding Hally and minding Decy and Nove throughout the meal, giving you and the rest of the older Holiday kids little chance to interact unless they specifically go out of their way to get involved. It turns out though, Jan has gotten it in her head to do exactly that.
"So, Xander! Are you and March going to hang out after this?" She asks you. "What are you going to do?" After your earlier revelation, you can just sense the sexual curiosity and eagerness dripping from this girl. You are half certain she's trying to find some way for you and March to still have one of your wank sessions today, with her having a chance to watch.
