After seeing the part in Hiro's story where his sister had some form of super intellect, I got a little inspired. Decided to write up a story for her where she's a real villain in the making as well in her own way, possibly even more so than Hiro. Basically, when she reaches a logical conclusion and begins to pursue it it's the same as Hal from 2001 A Space Odesy. With the conclusion of "the best interest of humanity against the aliens" in mind, she's aiming at figuring out the best way to use all supers as breeding stock, including herself and ESPECIALLY including her brother who's power she views as the keystone of her plan due to it's ability to induce puberty. (She doesn't actually plan in the long run to be helping him have sex. She wants his power that can make others fertile and wants to leverage it in the most efficient manner possible. She would have him stuck in a cage in the middle of the room making everyone else fertile so the other male supers could have sex if it weren't for the fact that would waste him as a participant as well.) The entire time I was writing this all up, I was imagining a scene where she suddenly runs up to happily greet her Oni-chan when she sees him, then while she's hugging him he hears the 'Article III confirmed" announcement from his own Biomonitor, much to his own surprise and confusion, as his sister pulls away from him with a smug grin. This is then quickly followed up with a bit of small talk about how many women he has impregnated since getting out of prison, and whether or not her younger half-sister was among those pregnancies. She will be very pleased if the answer is "yes" and a bit annoyed if the answer is "no," and then she would say how frustrated she is that she was not impregnated by him back then and how although their father was foolish that he somehow did a good thing by keeping Hiro safe in prison up until now when his value was known and appreciated. (but of course she's the only one who can appreciate his true value, and that line is not meant in the slave-like dedication sense that most imoto characters would mean it but rather in the sense of a villain looking over an important piece in accomplishing their master plan.) If all the kids have two alleles...maybe mom does too. Her power could actually be hiding the fact that she is a super; perhaps even without her own knowledge. With a 50/50 chance of two alleles (both with Kano originally and with Hiro more recently), three super children isn't radically difficult, but it would be a slight outlier genetically. If she were an undetected super it would be perfectly natural, however.
Also, Sumire would probably be looking at more ways to entice foreign supers to engage in some sex tourism in Japan beyond what the Japanese Government has done since Japan has so few supers. --Elerneron (talk) 00:15, 12 March 2021 (UTC)
What Jem wrote here got me thinking of her self appointed alias. Something like "Nō Seiso", if you were to speak castilian spanish (or with a lisp) it can sound like "no sexo"

Too bad for Sumire's plan that the only way her brother will trust her is when he's turned her into a loyal slave using his powers. Of course, she'll still be helping him fuck as many girls as he can, just more for helping him than for the good of the world. On the plus side, all those girls he knocked up are completely loyal still and will gladly hold their daughter's legs open and guide his cock in to impregnate the next generation (once their own womb is full of course lol).
His power is extremely versatile. He could, theoretically, turn his spit into Viagra, and into something that makes his sperm production go through the roof, and into a stamina enhancer/ energy booster.
