The only problem with that is having divergent paths every time he knocks a girl up. I assume that will be in the girl's stats "precocious puberty, pregnant: m" or "pregnant: twin f". You have some percentile dice on hand (or a handy app)? 55% chance of a girl, 45% chance of a boy?
