"Getting to know the staff"

After a couple weeks of the job, it started to become plainly obvious you were going to wind up having to recruit some help in doing your job, especially in the area of disciplining the boys. Boys were not really your thing, so you were going to have to find some teacher with... err... proclivities that went more in that direction.

So, you were definitely going to need some help from other teachers. Technically, you had the authority to grab any random one of them at any time to help in a punishment and they would have no say, but you would sorta prefer to have the best individual for the job.
