You open up Trish's personality traits menu and hit a search for anything related to "pregnancy." On the list, you see an entry stating that she "wants more children" and "very willing to raise her sister's children if she gets pregnant." In other words, all the traits you could add actually are already in place. You even see the very one you thought of, the one where she is of the opinion 16 is the best age to get pregnant for the sake of the mother's and baby's health, and even an entry that says she WANTS Siobhan to get pregnant. In other words, the only source of resistance is Trish's strong sense of morals fighting against her carnal desires. You could probably modify those values, but according to what you see from this list, so long as you get Siobhan saying it's Ok that shouldn't really be much of an issue. All that said though, Trish really does look like she would indeed be your ideal woman.
Well, maybe it might be possible to help it along a little. You look over the options for buying cheats for lifies, and you set them to the "area (radius)" setting. With this, you buy "Weird World" and "Instant Approval." You are not sure if it will make much difference with Trish, but there's a chance. Also, this will continue to operate even outside of this house, so nothing's wasted buying these even if it has no effect on Trish at all.
On the subject of things outside of this house, there is no way anybody else would accept you having this much underage sex. That is, unless you buy "Age Pass (Infinite.)" So, you do exactly that. With this, you shouldn't have to act any different outside from now on. Well, except for the nudity thing. There are cheats for that too though that you might be able to look at later when you have more points. At any rate, the matter of underage sex and underage pregnancy raises another issue. What's going to happen when it comes time for your children you knocked the little kids up with to be born? You decide not to even picture how bad the delivery would be and just prevent it before such a thing can ever be the case by buying "complication free pregnancy," "complication free delivery," and "pain free delivery," all at the grouping scale of "all sex partners."
Now then, if you are going to want to really keep this up after you get out of Trish's house, you will also need "Incest Pass" and "Bigomy pass." However, another thought occurs to you. You only have just barely enough points left to buy those. For the same price however, you can get a cheat called "Female Children Only" which would gurantee all the girls you impregnate will have daughters. Well, if you already gained this many points from what you have done so far here, you can probably get more for knocking up Roni and Siobhan, so you shouldn't have to worry about that too much. Plus, as you recall, Ellie's not actually pregnant yet either. Your fresh sperm is still looking for her egg, which you are sure will happen soon after you start time again. However, they are getting pregnant now. This means the "Female Children Only" cheat is the more important one to get sooner rather than later.
