Well, there are quite a few cheats that ought to help with something like this. You shouldn't have to tweak your mom's personality. Besides, it would be a little weird if mom suddenly started acting different and was all sex encouraging now after how things have been with Charity.
For starters, this instant approval cheat. You see a note attached to it that apparently you had messed up on the range and it's incompatible with the perceptual range setting you selected. This means it hasn't been working on Trish, but then you already knew she was like that. But, if you fix the range, maybe it will work on mom.
You still have over 6K points, it would only take around 2K to set instant approval to the entire town, and you've already paid 500 of that so it will really only cost you 1500 for the upgrade.
There's also that cuckland cheat. It's supposed to be an upgrade to instant approval, which you assume means it's limited to whatever range you have instant approval at. But, cuckland makes specific mention about being Ok with you having sex with a person's children. It would just cost 400 to add that onto the full-town range instant approval, bringing the total up to 1900.
You will still have points left over with that as well. You could put those into something else. Perhaps something to reduce your competition a bit after having cleared the way for all the kids in town to have all the sex they like. Impotence is a cheap and easy cheat to get, it would just make sure none of the other boys can get a girl pregnant, meaning all pregnancies will be your doing. But, with how many points you have, you can get something a little more powerful. Sexless is also an option, it would just make them uninterested in sex.
There is something else to consider though. Neither one of these cheats specify only one gender. So, if you buy either of those, it will apply to the girls just as much as it would to the boys. In that case, the sexual non-compete cheat for 3200 at whole-town range would be the one that actually gets you what you're after since it contains specific language about not pursuing sex with each other and only engaging in sex with you.
The other option would be to spend another 4K points buying "common condition" for the town. This one actually has language about being targetable to only affect certain age and gender groups. You could make only the boys under age 18 impotent, and even exclude yourself. But, that would be a pretty large amount of points just to make it so some other boy can get to a girl before you do.
So, if your goal is to get girls pregnant, Impotence is not an option. Sexless will make it so you can have sex with the girls and get them pregnant, but they won't enjoy the experience. Sexual non-compete will make it so you get all the girls and they can enjoy it, and using common condition to make the boys infertile will allow the other boys to have sex with the girls but only you can get them pregnant.
Also, if you do select common condition and cuckland both for the entire town, that will be just about all your points.
