Well, you've never seen something like THAT before. If you are understanding this correctly, it's basically saying that three mutually incompatible situations have come together. The fact you were just discussing making a baby with Siobhan before time was paused, the fact that you just deleted all knowledge of the fact sex makes babies, and the fact you modified Siobhan's personality to be Ok with having a baby with you.
Also, the default solution to the first two being in conflict would have been to just delete all memories of the previous conversation, but somehow the personality modification is making it throw an error that's preventing the correction.
As you're pondering this, you notice there's a second window under the first you just read.

Lifie Siobhan will revert to her previous personality settings until the current situation has been resolved.
Replace all instances of get pregnant with get semen in her vagina in the altered portions of Lifie Siobhan's personality data. Personality data related to get pregnant will be modified according to new cultural area settings.
Reverses time to the last point compatible with the current cheats and personality settings. All settings will be preserved.
System will ignore smooth scenario fixing directives and fix the data in a manner that does not account for consistency with previous scenarios or lifie knowledge.
Time will remain paused while player modifies cheats or personality data in a way that is not incompatible with the current situation.
