Well, that's easily explained by having free time in class. Perhaps they finished the lesson early and had time to work on the assignment before the bell rings, not dissimilar to how the Science class went. English, perhaps? Like "read this short story so we can discuss it" and she's either read it before, or reads fast. I can remember plenty of classes where the teacher had something else going on and we were assigned "busy work", like a word search for English themed toward whatever story we were reading at the time (Romeo and Juliet, for example where you have to find character names) that had to be finished before the end of class. As for what she wants... could be anything from thanking him for covering for her again (whether he informs her of June seeing is up to you), to confessing that she found being exposed like that exciting (or even finds being exposed to him specifically exciting). Maybe she's confessing that it turned her on so much she's secretly masturbating in class (and getting an additional thrill from him knowing).
