You actually can punish Alycia for out of school activities if the parents so desire (see the Franklin girls' story lin

What I meant by "spite" is, the punishment is not over until Alycia is confirmed pregnant, any deferred pregnancies will not count towards the tally. The way you have it, Alycia needs to only get pregnant once, and so does her mom. (According to the "deferred punishment guidelines" her mother's additional pregnancies don't count towards the total).

TL;DR: you can knock up her mom as much as you want, and the punishment won't end until Alycia is pregnant; but if you were to instead knock up Alycia twice, the punishment would be over. (The dad really wanted to fuck Alycia, if you don't fuck Alycia, he can be stuck in the belt forever)
