If you don't make a big deal about it,and just talk to her while you're cleaning, she'll calm down on her own.

This brings up a question, do you have "school uniform" skirts (they'll have the school logo) in her size?

If you do, you can give her one. (I'm aware that if a student pees themselves, it's an infraction). But if you don't (and students Charity's age have to wear the uniform), bring Charity in for questioning, give Bevvy her skirt and say the Charity can have it back once she gets home.

I'd also tack onto both of their punishments

Under no circumstances should August Fine touch or be left alone with, either miss Bevvy or Charity Fine
