After writing up "interest barrier," I just had to add the "fear" version of the barrier. Be a good explanation for the real-life phenomenon of people getting a sense of dread from a given area, or describing some place as "an evil place." There, I'm satisfied with the "taboo downplay" cheat now. Had to make it a little more complicated since it is the middle ground between crime pays and getting away with murder. Had some ideas to add the other stats to the relationship cheats for a while, thought it would be best to add them now since Black Rose gave you all the cheats since they are likely to make things interesting in terms of unexpected results if they are all active at once.
