It occurs to me that there is a loophole in the bylaws for the school. The female only applies to students and faculty; it doesn't say anything about staff. Jack could talk his mother into creating or filling a Staff position with Jack, give him a uniform, and he'd be free to enter school grounds. I was really enjoying this story, but couldn't help noticing some errors. Mostly minor things like apostrophes in the wrong place, but this page you seem to have got the first person/third person thing a little mixed up, so I've corrected that as well.
