He told her to get dressed, but she's still in her towel. Her options are hand him her damp towel to dry off, leave him in the shower and clean up the floor with the damp towel she's currently wearing, and go get towels. If she gives him a towel, then immediately starts cleaning up the floor, there's a good opportunity for her to "lose" the towel in a way that won't be as suspicious as just handing hers to him.
