Talk:Smooth Operator/Jordan's life lesson

So, some ideas to kick around for this encounter with Jordan's older male friend.

1. He's probably the person who has taught Jordan all he knows about how to operate like this. This means he's probably plenty sexually experienced and has gotten a lot of girls pregnant. A lot of them are likely hanging around.

2. He's certainly mentoring Jordan to do the same sorts of things. Given the society, this would actually be something seen as good for this older boy to be doing in a very large way, and Jordan's older male friend is probably getting the approval of a lot of mothers around the town for his mentorship relationship with Jordan.

3. If Jordan just hit sexual maturity, he's likely going to want to tell this friend of his about how he recently ejaculated or something (whether it be a wet dream or while masturbating.) This would get him a congratulations, and likely even an offer to hook him up with one of his more experienced girlfriends to give him a good first time.

Also, this is fairly unrelated, but so far Jordan has mostly interacted with his younger sister's friends and Gabby's friends at the party. If Jordan is one of the rare males in this world and he is also such a smooth person, there is absolutely no chance he doesn't have a fair number of close-age female friends of his own that are likely at his house, or him at their house, quite regularly. That's not to say he's done anything with any of them, they would just have a common friendly relationship. If Jordan does not take up his male friend on his offer to do it with one of his girlfriends, his older male friend will likely then start encouraging him to get together with one of his own friends, likely with a reminder of the tactics to use in order to "get in her pants."

(Of course, there's absolutely no pressure for Jordan to follow his advice immediately.)

I want to preface this by saying there is absolutely nothing at all wrong with what you just posted, I just wanted to say something to make sure you were aware. Sperm can only live for a matter of minutes outside of the body. It can live for about a month in the male testicles, for about 3 days in the female uterus, about an hour in the female vagina, and about 20 minutes exposed to open air. (time may vary depending on how large a puddle of semen the sperm is inside of) During a sperm donation, it has to be frozen immediately.

That said, Matt's comment still makes 100% perfect sense. It would be an example of him emphasizing to Jordan just how highly male semen is regarded in this world. Which, again, would actually be considered as the responsible thing for him to be doing in this society as Jordan's mentor.

Okay, that's good to know and keep in mind, I'm still thinking on this page if theirs something more I can add or change.

Three to six months in the testicles, actually. I remember reading that in an article sometime in the last three years regarding a research study. Temperature and humidity will also effect lifespan outside the human body, as will temperature within. Claws61821 (talk) 04:27, 24 February 2019 (CET)

Ok, well, I just kinda did something a whole heck of a lot more editor-like and just went and corrected all the grammar in this page. (multiple speakers in the same paragraph was driving me crazy, and then I also corrected a few instances of spelling and grammar I also caught along the way while I was correcting that one issue.) @Jemini - on which note, "Matt Sat" and the pervasive lack of punctuation. Claws61821 (talk) 07:59, 24 February 2019 (CET)

@Claws61821 Yeah, I noticed the lack of punctuation as well and fixed it in a few places. Not quite sure why I stopped. It does need to be fixed. Jemini (talk) 08:03, 24 February 2019 (CET)

Ok, there! Fixed up the punctuation and coma splices. Whole thing feels a lot better now. Jemini (talk) 08:14, 24 February 2019 (CET)
