You have been granted rights as a Trusted Contributor. This will allow you to do a bit more on the site, including moving pages without creating redirects and deleting pages among others. I hope this little powerup is helpful. --Elerneron (talk) 07:02, 23 June 2023 (UTC)

HG Collins

Welcome fellow ASSTR drifter, please let me know if you need any help getting accustomed to formatting or anything. --Hgcollins (talk) 23:26, 2 June 2023 (UTC)

Oh that’s right. I had to refresh my memory a bit. I’m glad my code was helpful, I tried to make stuff as user friendly as I could for myself and anyone else who feels like using it.--Hgcollins (talk) 20:14, 8 June 2023 (UTC)

Thanks, I don’t really keep track of how much I write. But I’m pretty good at finding random times throughout the day to work on things. For Jedi Girl, I was sitting on the completed first chapter for a while and had a bunch of smaller scenes already written that I reorganized. So getting it out fast was a little easier. Even so, I suppose I do get new stories out pretty quickly. Then I slow down as things get more complex. I also have a tendency to wear myself out from writing too much which I’ve been doing better about. --Hgcollins (talk) 03:06, 10 July 2023 (UTC)

Elerneron

You've been doing an excellant job of adapting to the format we use on the site. Unforunately, you forgot to add a category to your page Naked in School/Stephanie Naked In School/TOC. Please be sure to add the category to the page. Thanks, --Elerneron (talk) 19:44, 6 June 2023 (UTC)

Your file File:CSA 1996 - Clinton signing the bill.png is too realistic for the site. Assuming this is an AI generated image I would feel better if a less realistic render were used on the site. I've left the original up for now, but please replace it with something a bit less realistic. --Elerneron (talk) 15:14, 22 June 2023 (UTC)

Yes, that was AI generated. I'll change it to look more like a watercolor. I think that should make it look less realistic. --Jasmine Horus (talk) 15:22, 22 June 2023 (UTC)

Saw your report on Elerneron's page, and I can confirm the new version's been uploaded correctly. When you upload a new version of a file, the old one remains in the file history and always has to be deleted manually, regardless of user permissions. Being able to delete them does require additional rights, though. You'll probably be granted this right sooner rather than later. The file might still be displayed incorrectly on the pages it's used, but I think that's an issue with the browser loading the old image from the computer's cache / temp folder / whatever? Clearing that solved the issue for me, at least.

I've also been following and enjoying Child Sexuality Act of 1996, and the alternative history is very well thought out. I'm already wondering and imagining what other changes there could be compared to our own universe. Like for example, if Christianity as an ideology has - and always has had - a far more liberal view on sexuality, could it have a snowball effect on other varieties of faith, especially in regards to other Abrahamic religions such as Islam and different interpretations of the Bible? (Think Catholicism vs. Orthodoxy.) And have there been significant changes in attitudes toward child sexuality in other cultures as well? Like, what kind of attitudes were there towards child sexuality in the Soviet Union and the Eastern block in general, for example? Not necessarily requesting that you write about it, but it's fun to think about.

It's also pretty fun to imagine what kind of debates modern-day politicians and pundits could've had on the subject of child sexuality when the things that most people consider radical in our timeline are a norm in this one, and what kind of political movements could spring out with the Overton window being centered around such radical ideas. But I'll leave my feedback there. Interested in seeing what kind of story you will produce out of this world! -- Innocent Ruin (talk) 18:35, 22 June 2023 (UTC)
