A voice rings out in the minds of every human on earth in a language they can somehow understand, "Congratulations Humanity, You have been granted Weekly Wishes. Every week on Saturday at 00:01 GMT a random member of humanity shall be granted a single wish"

Moments later the voice rang out again " And we have a winner. This week's wish is to lower the worldwide age of consent to 5-years-old. There will be a brief moment of discomfort as social and legal norms are updated. Thank you for participating, and we look forward to next week's wish."
Every human on Earth felt a moment of blinding pain just behind their eyes. The pain lasted less than a second before vanishing as if it had never happened.
The first thoughts of most of humanity were about the age of consent. Everyone now knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that the age of consent was 5. Memories of it being some age in the mid to late teens existed, but no one could say why those ages were any better than 5. This caused worldwide confusion and panic.
