Party?! You love parties! There's always cakes and presents and games, and lots of fun to be had with everyone. You quickly agree to join them, looking forward to having a blast and maybe even making some new friends. As you follow them back to the pavilions, you wonder if someone you know at school has a birthday today.

There's a lot more people at the furthest pavilion now, but oddly they are all the same age as the boys leading you. You don't see any kids your age in sight. Perhaps they haven't finished setting up in one of the empty pavilions. Surely they wouldn't have invited you to a 'grownup' party.

As you got closer, that indeed seemed to be the case. One of the guys at the grill notices the three of you coming, so he passes his tongs to someone nearby and then comes over to meet you.

"Well, who do we have here?" He seems nice enough, although he has a strange tone of voice. The boy who had invited you was the first to answer. "Her name's Angela. She looked like she was lonely, since no one was around to play with, so we invited her to come party with us."

"I see." The newcomer turns to you and smiles. "Welcome to our party. There's still a few late arrivals, but for now how bout you go on in and get some food with everybody." He pointed to a table full of hot dogs and hamburgers, complete with all the condiments you could ever want to add. You thank him, and nervously go inside. You feel completely out of place here. Not only are you younger than everyone, but you notice that you are also the only girl here too. Well, he did say there was a few more people coming. Maybe they will bring someone you could play with.

Behind you, you overhear the boy talk to the two that brought you here. "Look, I know we sent you out to pickup girls for the party, but we didn't mean an 'actual little girl,' you know?" The other boy replies, "I know, but there wasn't much chicks out there. Besides, Angela told us she just moved here awhile ago, and doesn't know much people."

You are becoming a little worried now. There probably wasn't going to be any kids besides yourself here. Maybe you should excuse yourself before anyone notices. Too late! Before you can turn around, one of the boys getting food at the table sees you and quickly approaches. As he starts talking to you, other boys come over, and before you know it you've been completely surrounded.

Everyone seems cheerful enough. No one has mentioned anything about you being the only girl here. As they continue to make conversation with you, one of them hands you something from the table, quickly placing it in your hand. You look down and see...
