"Ana, let's go home together, okay?" You hold out your hand towards her, hoping she will take it. Ana frowns when she realizes she's been outvoted two to one. She looks at Willy one more time, before she sighs and grasps your hand with hers. Yay, Success! Willy smiles, says goodbye to you both, and then quickly heads back to the classrooms. Ana watches him go, not taking her eyes off him until he has disappeared. Finally she turns back towards you. You give her a big smile, and then start walking to the path leading home.

Your little cousin is completely quiet as you walk together along the sidewalk. You, on the other hand, are as happy as a lark, swinging your clasped hands back and forth, and skipping merrily along. The path is quite safe; since it follows along the woods, you won't even need to worry about crossing any streets until you are almost home. There are other kids walking in the same direction, but you let them pass, making sure that you don't walk too quickly for Ana to keep up.

Soon, you can see the halfway point off in the distance. The woods open up to reveal a park, with lots of picnic tables and playground equipment scattered around. You suddenly get a great idea! "Ana, let's go play in the park for awhile." Whenever you walk home with Willy, he's always in a hurry, so he always refuses to let you explore the area.

"But, we need to go home now..." Ana looks up at you with big eyes. "We don't need to rush. Even if we stop here for awhile, we'll still get home before everybody else." Both Mommy and your Uncle Dick would be at work for long time, and Ana's other brother, Peter, always stayed late at his high school for football practice. You give Ana's arm a tug. "Come on. I still haven't been inside here. Can you show me around?"

Ana considers it for a bit before finally agreeing to your proposal. It was not often that she had an opportunity to show off her knowledge, so you could see the beginning of a smile forming on her lips. You let Ana take the lead, allowing her to pull you along as you head inside the park.

Once inside Ana cheerfully points out every little thing to you. She shows you the playground equipment first. There are swings and slides and teeter-totters and even a jungle gym with rope pathways going everywhere. Ana shows you her favorites before you continue on. She then points out the three pavilions, all full of picnic tables bunched together. You can see each one has a large grill off to the side as well. Maybe you can ask Uncle Dick to cook some barbecue here later. Near the pavilions was a small building which Ana identified as the bathrooms. Continuing along the path, you see a wide area of concrete, with water jets spraying from the ground everywhere. It is a hot day today, so you can already see several kids enjoying the refreshing water as they jump through the fountains. Behind this is a wide-open field, with several people throwing frisbees to each other. Off in the distance, you can see the woods that you already passed on your way back from school. You can't spy them, but Ana informs you that there's lots of trails that lead through the woods located over there.

Finally you find yourself back where you started from, and Ana beams proudly, happily concluding her tour. You thank her for showing you around, and she gives you a bright smile in return. This is going well, perhaps if you played here some more Ana would become even more friendly towards you. Still clutching her hand, you glance around the park, trying to decide where you should play next.

The playground seems like it would be a good choice. Ana has already admitted to you that she enjoys playing there. There's also the waterpark over there. All your walking around has made you want to cool off. Maybe Ana would like to get wet too. The nature trails also might be a good choice... your adventurous spirit is calling for you to go explore them. You glance down at Ana again, still patiently waiting for you, and then make your decision...
