It's Roni actually. The "made a friend" reward is based on your "friendly" stat going over 50%. Roni's "friendly" stat was 45% at the start of the story, (witch essentially makes her the single easiest person to get the friend reward from.) I'm sure that's a large part my bad as I wrote '''nerdy clothes''' wrong on the inventory.
