I was thinking more he would just be giving all the kids a timed assignment, and then start yelling at her when she couldn't do it. This would be in the middle of class, so not much in terms of touching there. I'm playing it that his intention is that he knows she's the younger sister of Maria, and wants to bring this family to your attention in hopes you will find out about Maria and he could have a chance of administering her (Maria's) punishment. (He knows from what was said that no matter what he won't wind up doing anything with Sonia, at least not without breaking some rules.) Mrs. Varano shouldn't know what an IEP is, so she should just say something like "Theres this weird document in her file. I've never seen it, maybe you have?". After Mr. Gardener reviews her file, he should bring in Dr. Hartnell for her opinion (it's not her field, but she's the closest Doctor.) This will test his moral compass, will he intentionally rile her up to take ownership of her womb, or will he have a conscience and go easy on her? find out next week on, Dragon Ball Z
Side note, if you want, I can write some of her spoken lines while she's stressed (you provide the English translation)
