Meeting people should only be achieved if it is a significant meeting.  The exchange of names is the most obvious example of this, but also meetings that leave an impression on both parties without the exchange of names would also apply.  In the case of Jimmy, Xander already knew the boy and he is such a non-entity to him that Xander wouldn't have even remembered his name if it weren't for his increased mental abilities.  Billy may have a dislike of Xander, but again Xander could care less about the little misogynist; so no meeting points.  If they aren't important enough for a card, no points.  --[[User:Elerneron|Elerneron]] ([[User talk:Elerneron|talk]]) 20:40, 16 October 2016 (CEST)

He met 2 people so his tally should go up a little. --Notsooldpervert (talk) 19:31, 16 October 2016 (CEST)

--Elerneron (talk) 20:40, 16 October 2016 (CEST)
