The real question is, what happened to the long conversation where this was discussed before? I went around and around on it for a while discussing whether or not upped fertility would mean multiples and wound up momentarily saying yes but reverting to a "no." Anyway, it's now the cheats that control whether or not there are multiples. The Holiday family shows no history of paternal twinning, and maternal twinning could technically be considered a "complication" in the pregnancy, although one that can be overruled by the cheat that guarantees multiples.
