Keeping the situation calm seems the best idea so far
Actually, you are supposed to put this request on the previous page in front of the option. You are also supposed to sign your name with the 4 ~ marks. The only reason I was able to find this was because I already knew where this option was. Putting it on the previous page gives us a link in the "recent changes" menu.
