Wouldn't they have Billie's real name of Wilhelmina and thus her gender on record? Officer Thompset would know she was a girl, and be able to inform Xander of that? Actually, Billie's dad probably wrote on most of her official documents, including her school registration and such, that she was a boy. The only document sure to list her gender correctly would be her birth certificate. The social workers would find that as they start to put her file together, but since the only interaction she has had with social workers was just earlier today, and the social worker was probably sent out immediately after the incident, I would say Xander is the only person on the planet right now that knows Billie's real gender (beings Billie thinks she is a boy and the dad is so crazy due to his worsening condition that he bought into his own delusion.) So, yeah. They would have the time necessary to pull Billie's birth certificate in the official enslavement process, but if they do it quick like this then they will not find out but Xander might get a call later asking if he has taken Billie's pants off yet and seen what's underneath. Hmm... in that case I'm not sure which path I'd like better. I'll leave it as is and enjoy the other path when it gets written.
