May I make a request? Have her realize it's not so much where she is, as it is being seen by people. The only reason to do it away from home is because that's where people are. Since it's all about letting people see her, the safest way to experiment is to strip and play on the balcony. I do agree with you on the amount of people being as much a base factor as how far she is from safety, in hindsight it's such an integral part to exhibitionism I can't believed I forgot it, so I'll most likely go back and add that in. As for the balcony, I wasn't initially going to include it because I can't think of how to make it little more than a footnote of a chapter before moving on to one of the other options, mainly because it's only from the left or right she would risk being seen since the building overlooks a river and nobody would be able to make her out on the other side. I somehow missed the overlooking a river part. I was thinking buildings across the street, or even near a park or something. Oh well, I'll switch to leave home naked so she can pretend to have gotten locked out. Maybe she can progress from the obvious exhibitionism like streaking, to more subtle ones like down-blouse and upskirts with no panties or bra. Camisole tops that have a tendency to "slip" and show her breasts, that kind of thing.
