If she likes trying on clothes, might I suggest a couple of different swimsuits? Perhaps the bikini if she's just going to have fun, or in a fit of nostalgia (or serious swimming without the frills to "slow her down") an old one piece. The inner lining can be worn out (without her knowing) so it's fairly transparent when wet, and otherwise to small so her nips are barely covered and it shows a brilliant little camel toe? As much as I love it when the girl doesn't realize she's naked, and despite how viable an option that is with Sally's bad luck, I don't want to spend too much time on that front, at least not without a change of pace. The 'E' in ENF does stand for 'Embarrassed' after all, and as much as I like delayed gratification I don't want to drag things out to where the basis of the story is forgotten.
