Friends, you're overlooking a very important clause here that's already taken effect with these sister's before now... Luana performed all of these offenses on behalf of her sister. That means that if he makes any record of them occurring, the weight of punishment for them goes to Diya - as much as I've wanted to see him knock up Luana since I first found this story... That actually fits nicely with how I'd treat these girls.
Due to today's circumstances, miss Luana Styles has been given a lesser punishment than necessary. While taking our Lord's name in vain, and threatening a member of faculty would warrant several deep internal ejaculations, I have decided that her punishment was that she had to give me a handjob, and that she will be on probation; any future infraction however minor they may be, will require several deep internal ejaculations.

Taking the lord's name in vain is considered a middle infraction, a hand job is actually a straight up appropriate punishment for the severity of the infraction.
