Well, there is a bit of a problem with this. The mother is only offering her body on the basis of her husband trying to fuck the daughter. She probably wouldn't quite be so keen to cheat on her husband if him screwing their daughter is no longer on the table. Personally, I'd send both Kittie and the dad out. Say something like
"Thank you for bringing me the troublemakers Mr. Eckles. Unfortunately, I do not require your assistance. However, because of the severity of Aliyah's infractions. (List them all and their severity levels, child Endangerment-extreme, disobeying parents-middle and being alone with a boy-extreme). multiple impregnations are needed. Your wife has volunteered herself to assist in the punishment,otherwise this punishment would go on for multiple years; and seeing as you are their partners, you two will have to wear chastity belts until both of them are confirmed pregnant (smirking at the dad.)
