This way, neither of them catch on to you not wanting to knock Sonia up (not yet at least). You aren't telling Sonia anything, so you aren't technically lying to her either.

It would be interesting to see some kind of doubt in Mr. Gardner about making a girl pregnant. So far he's been in the honeymoon phase of his work, where he can finally fulfill all his fantasies without worry. But as much as he loves to make every girl carry his baby, he had pushed to the back of his mind the fact that he's ruining their lives by doing so (Justifying it to himself by thinking they would have a bad life anyways by living in that town). So I like the idea of showing he's not as amoral and self-centered, even if he can't help really wanting to see the child pregnant. --Tod Naturlich (talk) 06:56, 21 December 2019 (UTC)
