Yep, I checked the severe infractions list, cheating on school work was on there and has been since the very beginning. And, of course, since Sonia doesn't lie that brought this out pretty quickly. Paydirt for the MC, avoids the entire moral dilemma presented by the manner in which she was sent to the office. (And yes, it is still a way Catrina can be brought in. Even though she's been helping Elias since last year, you can only punish her for stuff she did since the new rules were implemented.

Maybe take her off the treatment, have Dr Hartnell look at her cervix (seeing if it's open in order to accept your seed {ovulation period}), because of her "special" circumstances, you're going easy on her and fuck her when it's safe.

Now, because you went easy on her, you can go all out on Catrina, Daniela and Gemma (maybe even Maria if she thinks her job is on the line for protecting Gemma

Edit2 it's 1 forced (by the time she graduates), but because she did something for the benefit of another student, have Elias make a choice, Sonia has to have 2 kids, or he can volunteer one of his sisters for a pregnancy risk once, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) until Sonia is confirmed pregnant. Elias, in a state of shock, accidentally blurts out Gilma in a concerned voice.

Mr. Loso is not to be informed of the pregnancy punishment, but her parents, Mr. Eckles (Elias's teacher), Elias and his parents are to be made aware, and neither Sonia or her parents are made aware of the stipulation.
