The pass cheats weren't listed in his "Basic Package" on the discussion page when I checked. Forgot about it being included with the story page. As for Genetic Perfection, it would help Xander too, not just future offspring. It's listed in Resources you can buy with points, not necessarily as a cheat. I really can't wait for him to visit the Holiday house after this.
