Hmmm... I don't remember there being a cheat to make girls/women accept you fucking other girls. It's just the one where everyone has been adjusted to think a bit like Trish, right? Maybe there should be a Harem cheat? Two levels, one where they're happy for you to fuck other girls, and get along with them (perhaps anyone who has cum on your cock counts as "in the harem"?), and level two where they're eager to help you fuck as many new pussies as possible (perhaps tied to the age cheats so they want to help you "claim" any girls you have the age cheats for or something?). There is a cheat with that effect. It's called Bigomy pass. Essentially, the term "harem" historically has been used to refer to situations in which a member of high society keeps a slave-stable for the express purposes of having sex with them. Bigomy is the practice of having multiple willing sexual partners (although it does not necessarily include them knowing about each other or being Ok with each other.)
