I think option 4 but amended. "A person" should read "any living thing" giving you control over animals as well (neko anyone?). Yes it would include plants, but its not all powerful (lead into gold). And to take away any genie trickery, better add "including myself" at the end. Now you can make males female, females fertile at any age, ugly girls pretty, fat girls athletic and cure debilitating or life threatening diseases. Or reverse of all those for people you don't like.
