Well, mind control powers should do the trick. That way, you can easily cover getting the sex in the first place and then fix the effects afterward as well. You think carefully about how to phrase this, and then you make the following wish.

"I wish to have the power to control the minds of any number of people immediately, completely, and with ongoing effects to my specifications according to my intention to receive the outcome I desire." The djinn indicates he understands your wish, commenting it's a rather large wish, and thinks for a moment. A moment later he makes a gesture and a ring appears in your hand.

"That ring will grant the power you desire," he states. "It was too large a wish for me to grant, but as an item with that power already existed it was a trivial matter for me to bring the item to you master." Well, with that out of the way, you already have 2 out of the 4 items covered, and maybe even 3 if you use this power cleverly enough. Now the only question is whether or not you want your younger sex partners to become pregnant when you have sex with them. And also, how about the men and boys? Maybe you could get a wish to turn some of them female?

• Wish for all your female sex partners to be fertile, regardless of age
• Wish for all your female sex partners to become pregnant when you have sex with them
• Wish to be able to change a person's gender at will, making them completely functional as the other sex
