Perhaps if she assists in changing diapers and other such punishments, her fantasy of breast feeding her students could come to light. Perhaps the idea could "occur" to her, and she could suggest it as a punishment to increase the idea of making them seem like babies? Like she changes their diaper and then they have to breast feed for a set amount of time. If all 3 of the Curtis girls (excluding Chantal) have no clue about getting pregnant, you might have to give them a Sex-Ed course so that they can fully understand the implications of the Severe and Extreme infractions. The students aren't supposed to know, there's nothing saying you can't tell the adults.
