m Another doesn't fit within this context it is used to denote an addition thing previously mentioned. Its use would more be "Perl is back for another minor infraction". Maybe is unnecessary as its implied in that last paragraph.

She was in your office every other week like clockwork, just long enough between punishments to avoid an immediate escalation. With the workload you faced with all the other girls you had to punish, she actually managed to get away with this routine for quite a while.
