Would temporarily suspending the ignorance cheat fix both issues? They won't forget until the conversation is over, and her personality adjustments would then be compatible with not being afraid that you're knocking her up, or people finding out you're fucking her. Any one of the suggested options would fix both issues. The idea is that the two issues are not necessarily in conflict in general, they're only an issue because they were both put into place at the exact same time at a specific time that causes them to become incompatible due to the conversation they were just in the middle of. (The conversation they are in the middle of being a 3rd factor.) If any one of those 3 factors are removed, it fixes the other two automatically. Delaying the ignorance cheat would allow the change in personality and the conversation to be in agreement, then the ignorance cheat would kick back in after the conversation is over, thus removing the conversation as an issue and allowing the other two to be harmonious.
