Well, technically August has not conceived yet. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 20 minutes for the sperm to reach the egg, then around 3 days for the egg to implant into the wall of the uterus (that second part being the part where most conceptions fail.) Conception is considered to be when sperm meets egg in the religious and layman's world, but in the medical world conception is when the egg implants into the uterin wall. I am not sure what I would do with it if implantation has already happened, but I think if it is before the 3 day mark I think I will make the gender change result in failure to conceive. (I was considering counting the points for successful impregnation at the 20 minute mark considering the girls' perfect fertility, but now I may make it at the 3 day mark after all since this subject has come up.) Let's not forget this is a game. The mechanics of the digital world they live in probably count "pregnant" as a status of the npc. I doubt the fetus gets considered until it enters the game world.
