I like the idea of boys watching but being unable/unwilling to participate. Any cheat in there that would make them interested in Xander doing it, but not really think it worth the bother to do it themselves? Not wanting to do it themselves is already covered by the non-compete cheat. Making them interested in seeing Xander do it is a little more multi-factored. It would be easier to do that with altering their traits to add something like an interest in seeing girls' privates being touched.
