How about an extra option of using the duck to freeze time and see what your options are for changing social structures. Maybe it's a feature like changing people. If there's no luck there, then i request check with Loki for help/suggestions. --Notsooldpervert (talk) 19:37, 17 February 2017 (CET)

The only person who has the ability to change the social structures in an area is the player using the local mod who currently owns the area, and that's Loki. Xander would also have reason to realize this, he has already checked out the options he has available to him at the moment, and he was told by Loki that his local mod had all of its functions effectively sealed by Loki's claiming of the area and the only things he has the ability to do with it is the time stop and access to the "buy" shop. He does not KNOW Loki can change the social structures in the area, but it does seem like a pretty reasonable thing to assume he could do with a mod that has the name "local mod" considering all the things the mod that modifies individuals can do.
