He got the local settings and infinity pocket expansions. That's what I was talking about. The local settings basically gives him 2 abilities since Loki sealed off the rest of the functions by claiming the local area. Those are stopping time and accessing the "buy" store. Experimenting with this means he is experimenting with the buy store really, since he already did the other two. (also, I already wrote that route on my own without request, I was actually just about to post it, I have a particular result in mind for this route and this is one of the essential steps to achieving it.)
