I'll let someone else take it from here. I like the idea of bringing his mom in (to volunteer his sisters.) Since Elias really doesn't know, Sonia will have to take on his punishment as well.
- Sonia cheating (19 creampies)
- Elias cheating (19 "something")
- Sonia did something to benefit Elias (severe)
- Elias benefits (high)
- Sonia cheats but Elias is unaware (see "Displaced Fault", she gets the full 38 creampies)
- Because cheating is bad, he's still technically on the hook because he didn't report it, but the guidelines call for a reduced punishment. (19 somethings)
We can't go easy on her, Dr Hartnell is onto us.

Another thing I thought of, we can make a deal with Elias, his punishment is Mr. Gardener has sex with his sister (20 times), and Elias "helps" us punish Sonia while blindfolded. (We allow Elias to pop Sonia's cherry and give her 10 creampies.)

Yet another idea, call the MC's sister down in order to instruct Sonia on how to give a blowjob and Mr. Gardener can teach Elias how to eat a girl out.

I don't think there's anything in the guidelines to justify involving a sister as part of a punishment. Sure, it can be argued that it's a punishment for the boy since his family will lose status if his sister is defiled, but I find it hard to implement. After all, the main reason the common people of town let the program go on, is their belief that as long as their children do nothing wrong, they have nothing to worry about. But if the sins of a son can be burdened on a sister, then nobody is safe, and people might decide to take a stand. --Tod Naturlich (talk) 21:00, 23 December 2019 (UTC)

The only times other family members get dragged in (usually) would be in a case like Tihana Morandi or Lilianna Granville, who are already at an extreme punishment. If they continue to act out, you can bring in a family member or close peer to share the punishment in the hopes that the increased shame, or peer pressure for getting a friend in trouble, too, straightens them out. In this case, bringing the mother in for an interview (with him there) is the right call. If he really doesn't have a clue who is doing it, then his punishment is lessened to High. I'm not into boys, and the most I'd want to bring him in for sexually would be as a fluffer and helping guide John's dick into Sonia as she gets her inseminations (all 38 of them). Then again, he knew he was getting help, if not from whom, so he should get the same 19 full punishments at the Severe level. That's pretty much sex with another male in private, or heavy public emasculation. The only way I can see to involve his sisters, is to tell him and his mother that the reason he was brought to the office is that the other student admitted to doing it. Since he knew someone was cheating for him, and he didn't come forward with it, he is equally culpable, and shares equal punishment. Tell them the girl in question has offered to take his punishments onto herself, and that she will be risking pregnancy the entire 40 times (round up to make it easier), but Elias will be responsible for any children that happen. She may not like the idea of her son having to marry a non-white, or just be against having him marry or be a father that young. Lead her to the idea without stating it, and she may offer her daughters to split half the punishment between them to "lessen the risk". That's the only way I can see getting both sisters at this time.
Either way, Sonia has admitted to cheating on his behalf, so she gets at least 19 creampies. He benefited from cheating without telling anyone, so he gets 19 punishments of Severe level. Oooohh!! They don't know you've only limited it to this year for Sonia! For all they know this includes last year, too. Automatically bumping it from Severe, to Extreme.
