The final class of the day is one you’ve been really looking forward to; Broom Flying. The Monster, who has been bored all day, seems to have gone to sleep, meaning you can finally enjoy yourself, even though you feel exhausted. You love flying, and remember when Henry first taught you to fly your broomstick on the grounds of Lestrange Manor, as well as the private flying lessons you were given at great expense. Now, you are finally at Hogwarts, and might even get to play Quidditch! | |||
You and Lily arrive with Lavender and Hermione, only to notice that all of the rest of the first year Slytherins are already there. Draco Malfoy stares at you, and whispers something to Oansy Parkinson, who laughs as if it were the funniest joke in the world. It’s very sneaky of them to arrive first, and take all the best brooms no doubt. It doesn’t matter to you, as you have your mother’s old broom that you learned to fly on. You’re more concerned that the other Slytherins agreed to arrive early and didn’t tell you and Lily. | |||
